My friend and I are looking to subletting 3 rooms

We have three rooms left in the luxury building. with all the amenities you may need, Pool, Gym, steam room, sauna, pilates room, sun deck, laundry room, study room 24hrs concierge, Huge luxury lounge with pool table, and tennis table, a fire place as well and the list goes on.

This place is fully furnished so that you can move right in. The kitchen is also amazing. Storage is also great considering it's NYC!

Room 1 rent: $2350
Room 2 rent: $2600
Room 3 Rent $2700

All utilities are included (and free wifi)

Some of the rooms come with a balcony with the view of the city.

This is a month to month basis, no need for lease take over no need for back ground or income check. All we need is one months rent and security deposit as your bond. Security will be given back at the end of your stay.

Short term and long term rentals welcome.
