Roomie Wanted for Large Master Bedroom

Looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom since our current roomie is moving home to Jersey.

Preferred roommate: Someone clean, friendly, likes going out/having fun but prefers to leave the partying outside of the apartment

Location: 58th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue - 2nd Floor

Rent: $1600/month with ~$50/month for utilities and ~$35 for internet and tv

Lease Period: 1 year through June 30, 2016

Building: 24 hour doormen; Elevator; In-building laundry

Apartment: We live in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment and looking to find a roommate for the massive master bedroom (12? x 18?). The master bedroom has a full wall closet and another wall of windows looking out towards the street. We are conveniently located on the 2nd floor, so ease of access by walking up and down and elevator is available too if you?re carrying heavy items or just feel lazy. Apartment is fully furnished with tv, couch, kitchenware, etc. It?s a small building so doormen are extremely helpful. The building is also close to the 4, 5, 6, N (59th & Lex) and E, F (53rd & Lex).

Terms: We will need a security deposit of one month?s rent and your name will be added to lease.
