Midtown East Doorman Building - 3BR/1.5baths

Hello-

I'm moving at the end of June (not sure of when my official move date to my new apt will be) and need someone to take over my lease legally (signing an 8 month lease with management). Room is spacious and can fit a queen/full bed. The room has two closets; one small one and a regular closet. I currently have a full bed and dresser that I'm want sell if you are interested in keeping.

My two roommates are girls and they are both accountants working for big four companies. Both roommates are clean and respectful.

Looking for someone that can sign a lease and is willing to stay the rest of the term - through the end of February.

This a true two bedroom -apartment converted into three bedroom. The room for rent is a true room! The room is 9"X13" (I can email you the floor plan). I have a chair in my room (picture #3) and there is plenty of walking space. We have one full bathroom plus a half bathroom. You'll be surprised at how spacious the apartment is for a NYC apt. The apartment is a 5 min walk to Grand Central. The neighborhood is very safe and all of the doormen are very nice.

There's a laundry room in the basement and a dry cleaners a block away that delivers for free. The 24 hr deli downstairs is great and VERY convenient during late nights. There's a CVS on the block plus an endless amount of restaurants on second avenue.
