Luxury/doorman/elavator/laundr y building. Brand new renovations. Private large bedroom(first one but everything is negotiable) and own private bathroom, furnish or unfurnished (picture is unfurnished). Working fire place. 1,100 square foot apartment (just check out the floor plan). Sutton place neighborhood. Looking for a financially stable and clean roommate to share this huge 2 bedroom apartment with.
As you can tell from the decor, I'm a simple guy with a nice clean apartment. If you want to add decoration I won't mind. I like to go out on weekends for dinner/drinks. Weekdays I work hard and hit the gym hard but can be pursaded to go out for happy hour. Been living in Manhattan for over 10 years and just want to continue enjoying this amazing town. If you want space and your own private bathroom in a luxury building then please reply.
