I am looking for someone to fill the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.
**This whole apartment has JUST been GUT renovated. Everything besides the walls is BRAND NEW**
Full kitchen- w all brand new stainless steel dishwasher, stove, oven fridge, microwave etc. KITCHEN HAS WASHER DRYER!!!! You don't find that often in Manhattan!!
Living room/Dining room- HUGE and are fully furnished!
We will have cable tv, and wifi, 1-2x per month cleaner, and utilities to pay on top of rent.
Your room- Huge!! 11'2x14' w real walls! Huge closet!
Guest bath- this will be your bathroom. Super clean and gorgeous.
Building- this is a lux building with a new lobby, 24 hour doormen, package room, elevators, storage, garage, and bike room. It also has a laundry room for more heavy duty loads.
