It is a few steps from Whole Foods, Morton Williams, Duane Reade, CVS, and several gyms.

I am low key, quiet, and appreciate cleanliness and order. I work as a part-time Title Closer and have been acknowledged as a very considerate landlady. I am looking for a long-term tenant age 30 or over with good references.
