Seeking 20-something roommate in a large townhou

We are looking for a roommate in our huge Midtown East apartment. 1 bedroom available for July 1 move in. Room is on the the 2nd floor of the townhouse, with large French doors overlooking an attractive patio, and the dimensions are approximately 16'x16' with a walk-in closet.

This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious fully-furnished Manhattan apartment. The apt is on 53rd street and 2nd Ave. There is a kitchen, a large downstairs living room with an excellent entertainment system; and a large dining room with a long table and china. It's a lot of space for a Manhattan apartment, and we keep the place clean. We are looking for a roommate who works hard but also enjoys going out. You'd be with living with 4 guys who work in finance and law - and are fun and outgoing.

Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby, 1 block from the E and M lines, 2 blocks from the 6 line, and 5 minutes from Q, R, and W lines. Decent roof deck for our apartment only. Washer/dryer in the basement. Rent is the real attraction: $1,478/month. This really is a great deal, especially considering the size of the bedroom and apartment, and we have a great group of guys.
