Great midtown east 50?s location. Available August 1, 2019.

Building is prewar and spacious fully furnished apartment. The room is a large room fully furnished with a Queen side bed, a very large closet, a shoe rack and a lamp. It has 2 large windows and faces the street.

Neighborhood - lots of restaurant and bars less than a block away, CVS is right around the corner, there is a small park on the block, Whole Foods is a couple of blocks away. Lots of transportation options - the green line, E train and the yellow line a few blocks away.

I?ve lived in the opartment for 2 years and will be renewing my lease in August. I like the convenience of the neighborhood - I walk to my office in midtown west and very convenient to get to almost anywhere in the city. I am a very clean person and like to keep the house tidy i. e. clean toilet, sinks, bathtub, tiles etc. This is a big deal for me as it is so nice after a long and mentally exhausting work day to come to a clean and welcoming house:) I am mostly at work, in my bedroom or out of the house.

Ideal roommate will be clean and willing to split weekly cleaning chores with me. Other than this, I am easy and think it?s just a matter of being respectful of the other person and being communicative.
