I am looking for a female roommate to move in to my sunny, clean , quaint apartment in midtown east. The room will fit a king size bed plus furniture. Bedroom furniture in photos could be negotiated if interested. Rest of apartment is fully furnished. Move in date is Sept 3rd for a 7 month lease (until April 2020) with the option to renew.
Apartment is a 7-10 min walk to many train lines including the NRW/456/FQ/EM trains. Close proximity to Bloomingdales, Sephora, Whole Foods, TJ max and popular workout studios including Barrys Bootcamp and Flywheel. Equinox and crunch gym within walking distance.
I am a healthcare professional looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful of the space. I enjoy cooking, running and wine/cheese nights! No smoking, no pets.
Monthly fees for the apartment include cable/internet, electricity, and a cleaner (one cleaning per month)
