My friend Jason and I are looking for someone to take over the 3rd room in our 3bedroom apartment. It's located on Midtown East. Big spacious living room, kitchen and one bathroom. The entire apartment comes furnished including the room and we need someone to sign 1/1+ year lease with us with an option to move out earlier with a month notice. Move in is flexible between now and December 1st. Utilities is around $50-70.
About the neighborhood: Whole foods is 5 blocks, Morton Williams, Equinox and NYSC are 2 blocks away. Tons of restaurants and bars are in the neighborhood and 5 min walk to 6, E, M train on Lexington and 51st street.
About us: We are both pretty laid back, clean, and respectful of each other's privacy. Jason, works in consulting and I am a financial analyst at an investment bank.
