1 Bedroom for rent in luxury building

Hi all! I am looking to sublet a private bedroom in a luxury building with doormen, elevators, gym and laundry room in midtown east. Centrally located right near grand central. The two other female roommates in mid 20s are clean, nice and respectful of the common space. The ideal start date would be February 1st, but happy to discuss an earlier or later move in date. The lease ends June 30th 2020 with an option of renewal, but if you need to move out before then, we can discuss as well!
