Apartment building has a 24-hour doorman, 3 elevators, central air/heat and laundry in the basement. It is a 5 minute walk from Grand Central and steps away from bars, grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants.

1 bedroom for rent from April 2020 - March 2021 in a 3-bedroom apartment (Time period is flexible).
The room is fairly spacious and is a converted bedroom with windows but no closet (closet is in the living room). The room will not be furnished, but it does have a built-in heater/central air.

Please note the following requirements:

-Must sign a 23-month lease starting April 1st (Deadline for application is 03/15/2020) ? the time period of the lease is flexible
-Must have good credit and go through application process ($100 application fee, fill out forms for credit checks, etc.)
-Must be a non-smoker, non user
-No animals
-Must have a full-time job
-Must be female (Preferred age range 25-31 years old)

You will be living with two girls, 30 & 31. We both have stable jobs and are clean, friendly and respectful.
