Large Room in Midtown East - Big Apartment!

Hi!

We have an immediate opening in our 3 bedroom apartment. The room is unfurnished currently but pictured with the most recent setup. The rest of the apartment is furnished as pictured and has full kitchen supplies, though we welcome any additions or personal touches you may have!

We are looking to fill room 2 in the floor plan which is off the kitchen and in the corner of the apartment, so very private. The room can fit a queen bed, dresser, small desk/vanity and some storage cubes. The bedroom has a deep shelved closet (pictured) in the room, and has a hanging closet in the living room.


The living room is very large for Manhattan and gets tons of light, as our flexed room is entirely walled be prexy glass. The main bathroom has tons of storage - we each get a large medicine cabinet to ourselves, and there is a small half bathroom as well! Each bedroom is in it's own little section of the apartment, so we don't hear each other often at night.

A bit about the building, it's a doorman building that takes great care of us and anything we need. The location in Midtown East is very easy to get around the city - nothing feels far and every essential is within a block.

My roommate and I are social and looking for someone who can fit right in with us. We like to be goofy but definitely enjoy someone who can have a deep conversation with.

We are looking for someone who will be respectful, clean, and take precautions to make our living space comfortable and safe.
