- Private deck access on the second floor
- Apartment is on the top floor of a 5 story building
- Like to keep the apartment clean/ hire a cleaner once a month for $100 (split 3 ways)
- Would be sharing apartment with 2 guys in mid- 20s working in finance
- Looking for a respectful, clean, friendly person
