For rent ($1250/month) beginning on January 1st, 2021, is one bedroom in a four bedroom/one bathroom third floor walk up Midtown East apartment. The bedroom for rent shares closet space in the common area with the other three current roommates. The apartment itself has a large living room, full (but small) kitchen, and a large private patio. The apartment is located approximately five minutes from Grand Central on a side street with a few bars/restaurants. We have central heating and a/c, and we split the utilities evenly among the roommates.

About Us: We are three young professionals who work in the city and enjoy watching sports and playing video games. I’m aware that the current social distancing order may prevent prospective roommates from seeing the apartment so I’d be happy to discuss other options for viewing.
