Extra large bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Elevator Apartment in an extremely safe location. The bedroom is really huge even by non-NYC standards. It?s off 5th Ave and in a really amazing location. You would get the larger bedroom and the two extremely deep closets circled in the layout. My former roommate and I really lucked out with the pricing. Your share of the rent would be $1800, but I might be able to reduce it (depending on if I can argue a rental price decrease). Our kitchen is also very spacious. We also have a Go Locker in our building for safe package pickup. I have a video of the apartment I can send you upon request.

**Move in date is super flexible! You would need to sign a one year lease that would start in Nov, but you can sublease before that at any starting date.

-Must be able to pay on time every month
-Sign a lease for one year
-Pass a credit check
-Have income that combined with mine will be 40x or have a guarantor
-Pay first month?s rent in advance

-No male overnight guests** (may be able to adjust once if on a weekend only)

As for guests, I?m looking for a roommate who rarely has guests over and thinks of the apartment as a nice, quiet, comfortable escape.
