Apartment building has a 24-hour doorman, 3 elevators, central air/heat and laundry in the basement. It is a 5 minute walk from Grand Central and steps away from bars, grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants.
1 bedroom for rent from September 2021 - November 2022 in a 3-bedroom apartment (Time period is flexible).
The room is fairly spacious and is a converted bedroom without windows but a double-closet with shelving.

Please note the following requirements:

-Must sign a 14-month lease starting June 1st – the time period of the lease is flexible. Can leave at any time so long as you find someone to take over your portion of the rotating lease.
- Month of November 2022 will be free
-Must have good credit and go through application process ($100 application fee, fill out forms for credit checks, etc.)
-Must have a full-time job
-Female preferred (Preferred age range 25-30 years old)
You will be living with two girls in their late twenties. We both have stable jobs and are clean, friendly and respectful.
