I'm a working professional (30M, Tech) looking for a roommate in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in a luxury doorman building with a gym, dry cleaner, laundry room, and roof deck.

Your large room includes a closet, dedicated AC/Heating unit and overhead lighting. It has space for a queen size bed + nightstand. Measurements are roughly 10 by 12. You would also have your own private bathroom (located outside the room).

The apartment includes a living room with dining area, full kitchen, and a wall of closets. Apt is fully furnished, just need to furnish your room!
