~1800/month rent - Looking for 1/2 roommates

Hello!

My name is Malcolm and I am looking to add 2 more roommates to my current living situation in midtown east. I have lived in the current apartment for 2 years, and our landlord is offering us a great rate to retain, so I am searching for roommates. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a ny style walk up, equipped with washer, dryer, dish washer, and 1 bathroom. Utilities are not included and average ~$60/month.

I generally work a fair amount, so I am not in the apartment a lot during the week. I am generally very quiet, and will not get in your space if you would like to stick to yourself. If you are interested in renting two rooms, there is a second one available which is smaller. I can provide pictures upon request.
