My roommate (male, working professional) and I (female, Columbia grad student) are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill the largest room in our apartment ! Looking to fill ASAP.

Lease begins August 1, and is a 12 month lease. Working professionals or reliable students preferred!

The room is large and very spacious with a HUGE closet. Located within a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit on the 15th floor of our building.
The building comes complete with no-fee luxury amenities including a full-sized gym, free yoga classes, two-story rooftop deck (next to the Empire State Building), work space, and gaming lounge. There is also an in-house dry cleaner. Has full round-the-clock security and concierge service.

A security desposit & first months rent ($1400) will be required. Plus a one time $540 fee.
