Internet and Electric not included but average about $40-50 per person a month. Apartment is located in Herald Towers Residences.
Building is located in the historical Herald Square directly off of the 34th St. stop on the RWNQ & BDFM lines. Less than 5 min walk to 123 & 456 lines as well.
Building has been recently updated to include a brand new resident lounge, state of the art gym, two private roof tops, free monthly resident activities as a great way to meet new people (including wine & sips, yoga, meditation and more!), 24/7 front door security, laundry room and a package room!
New tenant will be living with two young professional women in their mid 20s ? We are very friendly and easy going. Open to both male and female tenants, however, you must be okay with two cats!!
