Big room for rent near Columbia!

Beacuse of a pretty sudden job relocation, I'm renting out a room in my apartment located at LaSalle and Broadway. It's a great little apartment in a pretty cool area. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area- its not a very far travel to anything you might need. I need to move out A little about the room: It's the larger bedroom in the apartment and it comes fully furnished (a full size bed, a drawer, a desk, and a 42-inch TV if you make a good enough case :)). The other roommate is a Columbia student who will rarely see. Because the room are on opposite ends of the apartment (and your room would be closest to the living room and kitchen), those are pretty much your own common area. She never makes her way over to the living room so itll be like having an extra room to yourself!
