Small to Medium sized room with a large built-in closet is for rent. The room comes with a queen bed.

The apartment is located less than one block away from the 2 and 3 train and one block from the B and C train. You can get to midtown in 15 minutes. There are many supermarkets and banks within 1 block radius, a laundromat just behind the house . It is a 5 minute walk to both Central Park and the Morningside Park.

The apartment has a kitchen Fully equipped. The bathroom has a full bath. I'm using the living room as my bedroom which is on the other side of the apartment. I'm a young professional who also work on weekends.

I'm looking for someone who is past the party stage, It is a pretty quiet household. I work a lot and like the apartment to be a place to relax. We'll be sharing all the communal cleaning responsibilities . I like to keep the apartment drama free!!!

To move in you need first month and a deposit .
