9'x12' furnished room in a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment overlooking Riverside Park with large windows, lots of natural light and high ceilings available May 1 thru late August. Beautiful pre-war elevator building with a 24 hr doorman and laundry in the basement is near 116th St stop on #1 subway. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Electric, gas & high speed internet are approximately $75-80 extra per month.

Looking for someone clean, quiet & responsible, no smoking or drugs. I usually rent to Columbia graduate students or faculty and this is also a good option for a summer internship. My interests are alternative health, yoga, cooking, nature & the arts. I sometimes work with clients at home.

Available from May 1 through late August, exact dates flexible.
