Furnished bedroom in beautiful 3-bedroom apartment available. The apartment is very large and sunny, and you'd have access to living room with cable TV and full kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable double bed, desk, chair, and dresser, with closet and A/C.

I work full-time in media. I'm laid-back, friendly, and respectful of my roommate's privacy. I also have a cat who mainly keeps to himself.

This is a great, safe neighborhood, blocks from Columbia and Central Park, and near transportation, laundry, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc.

Would prefer someone with a full-time job or a full-time student who will help keep shared spaces clean, is easy-going and mindful of other people's space. All utilities are included in the rent, including high-speed internet.
