***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 44k- 52k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650!!***

(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 660)

The rent is reasonable considering the Morningside Heights area.

If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan than this could be a great fit for you. You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
