Room for sublet in 2bd near Columbia University

Looking for a considerate roommate to sublet the smaller bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment on 109th and Broadway. Available March 1. Rent $1400 plus utilities/Internet (usually around $67 each).

The good: Lots of light, clean, big bathroom, dishwasher, good storage space, close to shops, parks, and subway.

The less exciting: Laundry is down the street, unit is a 5th floor walk-up.

Would love someone who is friendly but who doesn't mind that I mostly keep to myself and recharge when I'm home.
