Hey everyone! I live in a nice 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom with a lovely guy (we?re both queer & v queer-friendly!) and we're looking to fill a room starting July or Aug 1 on a 1-year lease. Dates are flexible depending on your needs.
It can be furnished or unfurnished (queen bed). Rent will be ~$1350. We will get one free month, so the actual cost is $1246, but the management company prefers that we apply the free month of rent to our last month of the lease.
In-unit washer/dryer AND dishwasher!
Apt is at 108th & Amsterdam - very close to the 1 and the B/C. We are between Riverside and Central Park. Morningside Park is a short walk. There are great bars, restaurants, & grocery options (no lines/short lines at our local grocery stores!)
All 3 of us in the apartment have been healthy throughout the COVID-19 crisis and have all been very good about following social distancing rules.
