you will be living with a 24 y/o young professional who spends a lot of her free time outside of the apartment. she?s often gone on the weekends giving you space and privacy as if it were your own place.

utilities + wifi average to $75/month on top of the $1100 rent.

first and last required to hold the apartment. more than happy to set up a tour, virtual or in person!
