I’m sublating my beautiful room in Morningside Hights (Harlem). Full equipped kitchen and bathroom. B, C trains half a block and 2,3 trains 5 minutes walk. M7 and M116 busses in front of the building. This is a very convenient and nice area with lot of cool locals around, laundry-mat and supermarket in front of the building. Five minutes to banks and pharmacy. 14 minutes walk to Whole Foods. Five minutes walk to morningside Park and to Central Park.
Cost: 1100 plus utilities (internet, gas and electricity. It will be divided between three people).
One month deposit to move in.

You will share the place with two nice women (one of them is me but I’ll be coming and going). We are easy going, friendly and nice person. We like to keep the place clean and organized, so I’m looking for someone who also likes to live in the same way. Drama free, respectful and considerate as we will be.
