The room resides in a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment on the fifth floor of a quiet building close to Morningside Park. The building has four apartments per floor, an elevator, a live-in super, and laundry in the basement. The apartment has lots of natural light, an air conditioning unit, a dishwasher, and a furnished living room/kitchen. The bedroom for rent can come fully furnished or not, as needed.
