1BR available in 2BR Flex apt

1 BR available in my 2BR flex apartment (the room open is the flex room). 3rd floor walkup (2 flights of stairs) and is located ~5 minutes away from the 6 train, and ~12min from the 4/5/6 and 7 at Grand Central.

Super cute and quiet street, but also very close to all the bars/restaurants in the area. The apartment is cozy and will be furnished, except for the room. Room has an exposed brick wall, as well as 2 windows (it always has good lighting!). A twin bed fits most comfortably with room for other furniture.

Rent is $1200/month, and utilities/internet combined are typically $60 for the month (they've never gone over that so far). Security deposit is one month's rent (1200).

Looking for a Sept 1 move in, although my roommate potentially can move out before then if need be (and August can be prorated). Looking for someone to commit to stay on through the end of August, 2016 (the full duration of the lease).

About me:
-Female, early twenties, typical 9-6 job in market research
-Easy going, clean, don't cook a ton
-I don't bring tons of people to the apt, and usually crash at my boyfriends on the weekend
-I try to just be respectful overall (I'm not one to blast loud music/create a lot of unnecessary noise if you're sleeping)

I'm hoping to find someone who meets a similar profile. No males please! This apartment is probably not for you if you have a lot of overnight guests/work from home a lot.
