The private bedroom has high ceilings and new wood floors and area rugs. Large private full bathroom. It comes furnished with a luxury queen bed, couch, table dresser, computer desk and TV. Also has a small couch and table.. Spacious and stylish private bathroom with shower stall. Very quiet but no view and little light but the living room gets good light.

Separate kitchen with large fridge, convection oven/range, dishwasher and microwave.

Co-living by design with each room on two separate floors where my room and the one for rent are like small studio apartments themselves. We sign out the common areas when we need them for peaceful living. Some of my past roommates I may only see once or twice a month.

About me I am a mature, friendly and considerate housemate. Work in film and real estate and keep a busy schedule.

This a truly unique NYC apartment and great for occasional entertaining or just relaxing. Bedrooms are very quiet so no city noise at all. Each bedroom is on its own floor with private bathroom so lots of privacy.

There is NO laundry but Dry cleaners with service and full laundromat a little over a block away.

Amazing location 1 minute from the subway. Walk to Penn Station, Grand Central, Union Square, United Nations. Very convenient neighborhood with everything you could need within a 5 minute walk. 24 hour 7/11 one minute away. Steps from tons of bars, restaurants and shopping.

Also three supermarkets nearby and a short walk to Whole Foods, Target and Trader Joes. 12 screen movie theater down the street. Also many gyms and we even have a 24 hour hardware store. Close to Water ferryi that goes express to Wall Street and Wlliamsburg, Dumbo and Astoria.
