Room available in a shared apartment in Murray Hill from the 1st of February 2021.

I am subletting my room for a period of 2-3 months. You will be sharing with a clean, quiet and friendly male professional who fluently speaks English, French and Russian.

The apartment is located 4 blocks away from 6 subway line, two close by supermarkets, 10 mins walk to Empire State building, UN, variety of shops and local bars and restaurants at your door step. The cross town bus stop is located right in front of the building.

The room is large, fully furnished, with a full size bed and ample storage.

The apartment is very cosy, gut renovated and safe. It is kept very clean and tidy at all times. There is a high speed Wi-Fi.

Minimum stay 2 months. Price $1200 (utilities are included in price) and a 1
month deposit paid in advance.

About your roommate:
He is friendly, clean, social and respectful professional, who is looking to share my apartment with a likeminded person.
He works from home, so we’d like to keep the apartment as a cosy place to relax for both (so no parties or stay overs at home). He is not a smoker himself and would like to keep the apartment that way.
