- Doorman building with laundry/dry cleaning service. NYSC/Equinox right near by. 6 Train very close. One block from 3rd Ave restaurants/bars. There is so much to explore in the neighborhood!

Bedroom: ($1,675): This room is the converted third with walls that reach the ceiling. Room has own AC/heating unit in it. Unfurnished can fit queen sized bed and dresser/desk. Two windows. Comfortable living.
