The room itself is the master bedroom, which easily fits a king bed and has 2 large closets. It also has its own private bathroom. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven), a large lounge which faces the East River and the city, and has further closet space in the hallway. The room will be unfurnished once I move out but the communal areas of the apartment are furnished.

The building itself has fantastic amenities including a rooftop indoor pool, sauna, gym, 2 rooftop terraces, dry cleaning, package room, doorman and even a small grocery store. Laundry is available in the building (no washer/dryer in unit). 10 minutes walk to grand central and 6 train.

There is one roommate - very laid back guy who works as a dentist who has the other room.

The room is available from September 1st (with the possibility to move in a week earlier)
