Bedroom available in Murray Hill doorman building

A little on the early side but I have 1-large flex bedroom with partitioned-wall opening up in my 1-bed flex/1-bath apartment for November 1 2019 move-in (possibly sooner). There is an opportunity to move into main bedroom in next few months and completely take over the lease, if interested (happy to discuss in more detail). At minimum, looking for someone who will stay through the current lease ending March 31 2019 but ideally looking for someone who might be interested to sign for another year. Rent for the flex bedroom is $1700/month + 1/2 utilities (ConEd and Spectrum Hi-Speed Internet) + $1700 security deposit.

About you: someone with full-time job / full-time grad student who can pay at least 40x their share of the monthly rent ($1700) or can provide guarantor who can support 40x $3450. Someone who is happy with a quiet home life, clean, respectful, and pays bills on time.

About me: Female, in late 20s with full time job. I am clean, quiet, and very respectful of the common area. I travel a fair amount and work long-ish hours so prefer to keep a relaxed, peaceful vibe at home.
The building has a doorman (works 5pm-1am, daily), gym (no extra charge), rooftop, elevators, concierge program, and a laundry room. The apartment includes kitchen with all new appliances, dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker, large bathroom, lots of natural light, and views of both the Empire State building & East River.

Building is dog friendly (under 35 lbs.)

The neighborhood has lots to offer. You?ll be 2-5 blocks away from the 6 train, Trader Joes, Target, Fairway, several new restaurants and bars, as well as tons of gyms and dry cleaners.
