I am looking for a wonderful new roommate for my current roommates to take over my portion of the lease by January 1st, but I am flexible with an earlier move in date in December. THE LOCATION
- Convenient Murray Hill location on Lexington Avenue
- 1 block from the 6 train
- Tons of cute restaurants, bars, rooftops, gyms, grocery stores, laundry etc. within walking distance

THE APARTMENT
- A charming, true 3 bedroom with amazing views of the Empire State Building
- TONS of natural light
- Fully furnished living space, bathroom, and bedroom
- Internet, Electricity, Hulu and Netflix are already set up. We do not have cable in the living space as we prefer Hulu, but there is the option to set up cable in the bedroom for an additional cost if you wish
- Amazing leasing agency / landlord which is rare in NYC. The halls of the building are cleaned once a week, and the walls are regularly painted. Trash shoot and recycling bin on every floor (2 apartments per floor) so there is no hauling trash down the stairs. Easy to get in touch with the maintenance person who fixes issues promptly. Absolutely no problems with bugs, rodents, etc.

THE AVAILABLE BEDROOM
- Unfurnished or Fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, small bedside table at a additional cost of $400. Can throw in the 32 inch Samsung smart TV for a additional $100. I can have the furniture removed if you want to bring your own furniture, but would prefer to sell it to the new roommate.
The room was also recently repainted.

- On the weeknights, we like to workout, make dinner or order in, drink wine, watch our favorite shows. On the weekends, we like to go out to dinner, bars, workout, run errands, etc.

THE COSTS
- Rent: $1,400 / month + 1 time application fee of $300.
- Utilities: Approximately $50 per person in the summer and Approximately $20 per person in the winter. Heat is included in the rent
- TV/Internet: Approximately $25 / month
