We have a very large common room and a good size kitchen that we share. The available room is roughly 20x11, with large closets. Apartment is located on 34th between Park and Lexington in a building with a 24 hour doorman and laundry room. It is very convenient, about a 1/2 block from the 6 train and 3-4 blocks from everything else. We also split cable, phone, cleaning and electric (~$150/month). We will need a security deposit for one month?s rent.
