Bedroom in a 3 bed luxury apartment

I am listing a private bedroom that's available in a 3 bedroom (flexed) luxury apartment. I'm moving to Chicago in May for a job opportunity, and I'm looking for someone to pickup the lease by June. The lease length is negotiable and currently runs through July 2021.

Your roommates would be 23-year-old males working in investment banking. The bathroom would be shared with one other roommate. The bedroom comes partially furnished with a dresser, bed, and lamp/nightstand. There's also a closet in the room and a washer and dryer in-unit. The building has all the amenities you would want with a doorman, gym (I used as my only gym), sauna, steam room, pool, hot tubs, rooftop with grills, dry cleaning, and beautiful common space.
