Spacious room in newly renovated apartment

Spacious room (big enough for a queen bed) in newly renovated apartment available for rent. The bedroom does not come furnished but there is a massive closet in the front. Elevator and doorman building in a great area (right near Madison Square park and Flatiron/Eataly). The building has a live in super for repairs and washers and dryers in the basement. The building has public rooftop available that people are welcome to drink on. It is also right near a TJ's and Target. The room is a flexed room, but has a floor to ceiling wall and soundproofing. It is a pet friendly building and I am open to having a dog. Move in date is negotiable.

I am a 27 year old working in finance and usually out the door by 6 am weekdays so the bathroom is always open. I am looking for someone who is reasonably clean and laid back.
