Looking for someone to take over my lease starting July 1 - May 17th 2020. Also open to a subletter with flexible dates. Open to selling all bedroom furniture with room. Medium sized room that comfortably fits a queen bed and has windows on two sides with river view. Heat/AC in room.

Part of a corner apartment with balcony in a luxury building in the Murray hill area (doorman, laundry room, mail room, dry cleaners, gym, office center, rooftop with grills and lounge area all in-building).

Bedroom is part of 4 bedroom flex. All female roommates in their mid 20?s. All the ladies are outgoing and social but definitely like to keep it clean in the common areas and need to be respectful of each others schedules :). Two of the roommates are living in the city full time now and the third will be back in September pending her office opens back up as scheduled.
