December Great Bedroom in Lux 1200sqft w/ Terrace

Hi! Renting for the month of December, our second bedroom.

It's a very large (1200 sq ft) beautifully furnished apartment and the bedroom can be left furnished with her full size bed, vanity and dresser if wanted. The room also has a walk-in closet. You will also have your own beautiful work from home station in the living room. The apartment has a private 200 sq ft outdoor terrace, directly off the living room and you can use my Huffy Mountain Bike as well. Very large living room with dining table. Doormen and laundry in the building.

I'm very easy going, friendly, clean, easy to live with and have had wonderful experiences with roommates in the past, having been in many of their weddings etc. I'm independent but also happy to chat and have a glass of wine and have had this type of great relationship with my current roommate for 3 years.

It's rare to have such a large Manhattan apartment in a super convenient location at this price. Very close to Flatiron, Nomad and Koreatown rather than central Murray Hill. One block from the subway and two blocks from Trader Joe's.

Must be reliable, clean and considerate.
