Due to Covid19 I am moving back in with my parents for the next few months and am trying to transfer my lease. It is a 4 br flex in View 34 in midtown east. The other 3 roommates are young professionals in their early to mid 20s. The living room has a large 10ft projector where we watch TV and play video games. We often drink and hang out on our amazing roof and there are many close bars and other nightlife attractions close by as well. The room for rent is flex bedroom 1 in the diagram. I am looking for someone to take over ASAP but the room is also available for an august move in. If you pay the transfer fee $800 you can have the rest of this month (July) for FREE
