Hi! My current roommate moved back to Canada and her room is available immediately. The lease ends May 15th. 400 a week... electric, cable, internet included. I will be away march 18 - april 4th, april 9th to april 11th, april 16-18, april 23-25. Youd have the entite apartment to yourself. The apartment has a 24/7 doorman, elevator, Super on site & is Pet Friendly. Apartment is in Kips Bay/ Murray Hill, close to the 6 train, 34th street Ferry & super close to Fairway Market, Trader Joe’s, Sunday farmers market & amazing restaurants. Huge kitchen with dishwasher, in-building laundry, AC unit in room (stored for winter in pics) & spacious common area. The apartment comes fully furnished.
Also right next to the major hospitals I also had my both covid vaccinations.
I work in fintech and teach fitness classes. Currently working from home though. I am easy going and you are welcome to use anything in the apartment (cooking appliances, toileties ect).
