Doorman Building, Available Oct 1 (2Br 1.5Ba)

Hi - my name is Jake. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and now work in consulting.

I am looking for a roommate that can move in sometime in October, ideally the 1st.

The building and location have a lot of great features including being located on a clean street, 24/7 doorman, complimentary trash pickup, in-building laundry room, maintenance and pesticide staff, as well as a large lobby with organized package pickup.

The unit has a ton of closet space and 1.5 baths, where the half bath is in my room so I use that mainly outside of showers. The unit also has a full kitchen with a lot of storage. I have some furniture and kitchen items so we can work out what else we might need in the living room. My current roommate is willing to sell some things so let me know if you'd be interested in that.

The room can comfortably fit a queen bed and a desk, as well as lamp or other things.
