My husband and I are moving for my job and looking for someone to take over our lease in Murray Hill. The apartment is a large one bedroom with high ceilings and windows in every room, providing tons of natural lighting. The kitchen is fully renovated and has a dishwasher and gas stove. Two large closets with shelves have provide ample storage. The unit does not have central AC but we are happy to leave our window unit and keep it installed. It is also a pet friendly apartment unit and building.

The apartment is on the 5th floor with shared laundry in the basement. The building is secure with two key fobbed entries and cameras in the foyer. The live-in super is very kind and responsive. We have loved living in this community and the surrounding neighborhood. There's proximity to Grand Central Station, the east river esplanade, diverse bars and restaurants, grocery stores (Fairway Market, Trader Joe's, D'Agostino). The Morgan Library is also walking distance.
