Renting one bedroom in my two bedroom Astor Place / Noho Apartment. Rent is $1850/month and includes heat/water. The newly renovated apartment is an elevator building and there is laundry in the building. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. My current roommate is moving in her boyfriend and I just resigned lease.
The apartment is a great size with high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. There is one bathroom to be shared with myself and a good sized kitchen (with dishwasher and stainless steel appliances) and a proper living room. There is an AC until already installed in the bedroom (as well as the living room).
About the area:
Astor Place / Noho - location can't be beat! There are a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, etc. in the area. The apartment is located on 4th Avenue (only a few blocks south of Union Square) and just north of Bowery, Lafayette, Bond and Great Jones are just down the street. There are several gyms and a ton of workout studios in the area. The apartment's location is amazing and it's super central to everything! Walk between 10 and 15 minutes west and you're in the west village, or south and you're in Soho or the Lower East Side. East Village is right next door.
