The rent has dropped dramatically due to COVID, so lots of new, young professionals have moved into the building, making this chaotic time feel less lonely.
Apartment is on the second floor with quick stair access to the gym and the laundry room. Pet friendly building, everyone seems to have puppies at the moment. Current roommate works a 9-5 from home and keeps to herself. She lives with a Bernese Mountain Dog that has is pretty relaxed/not bothersome.
Curtains will be provided but apartment overall is unfurnished as I will be moving out and taking my furniture.
