2 Bed/1 Bath in Nolita

AUG 1 MOVE IN (can be earlier/flexible move in date)

An 8th floor, 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment with 2 door secured entry, elevator and laundry in the building. Your room can fit a queen bed and a small desk. (Furniture in the pictures can be purchased!) Your room also has a real door to the bedroom, a large closet and an AC unit.

Looking for a nice, fun, considerate girl roomie that I get along with. Would prefer someone that doesn?t bring the party home often, but likes to hangout and maybe do things together some weekends! I watch the bachelor with a groups of friends on Mondays, would love for you to join. I do prefer that overnight guests be kept to a minimum.

Looking for someone that without needing to be asked and in a timely manner: cleans their dishes, takes out the trash, cleans their hair out of the drain, and picks up after themselves :) or maybe even like takes a Clorox wipe to the bathroom if they spill makeup or something! I like clean common areas, but I also understand if you need to leave a few things around for a day if things are hectic in your schedule.

A couple of things: My room is not sound proof or light proof at all and does not have a real door (just a sliding French door) So I?m looking for someone that can respect being quiet when I?m sleeping at night or if I?m working. I have a balcony in my room (as it?s my compensation for not having a real door or a closet in my bedroom), so I need it to be understood that the balcony is not a ?common area? as it is an extension of my bedroom and part of my space.
